If you grew up watching The Jetsons, you saw the futuristic ideations portrayed in the show: households with
robots doing everyday chores, leaving plenty of leisure time for humans. As technology continues to develop, The Jetsons’ lifestyle has almost become a reality. Now we have robot vacuum cleaners and self-driven cars. In 2001 A Space Odyssey saw the first prototype of a lap top. On Star Trek we saw smartphones, an MRI and Siri.
Today, technology has developed in such a way that it is possible a cruise, safari, polar adventure, or a honeymoon in Tahiti. You can use your voice with automated systems and with a few clicks on an app, your vacation is booked. It’s easy – very easy. The same device you’re using to book travel can also read your pulse, count calories, or send out the president’s tweets. This gadget that we all rely on so much to perform several tasks has an inherent flaw.
