Inspired by the street food Jean-Georges enjoyed whilst travelling in Southeast Asia, Spice Market's menu showcases its authentic origins while offering guests the additional pleasure of sharing-style dining; food arrives continuously throughout the meal and is placed in the centre of table for all to share. With each new dish, patrons are transported to an exotic Vietnamese street market or a Thai food stall.
