  • 11 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 7 oz. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. flour
  • 2 oz. cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1 tbsp. orange zest
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks

  3. Make a meringue with the egg whites and remaining 2 oz. sugar and fold into the chocolate mixture.
